Obama Seriously Back-slides on "Rule of Law" Promise

Thanks go to Rachel Maddow for being one of the few to expose Obama's glaring plan to continue policies that undermine the Constitution and Rule of Law. President Obama's May 21, 2009 speech promised the return of the Rule of Law but that was followed by the stunning and disturbing announcement of his own legal construct that departs from the Rule of Law by justifying the "prolonged detention" of anyone the government thinks could misbehave in the future. Obama alluded to prolonged detention times of 5 to 10 years later in the speech. Civil Rights and Human Rights groups are seeing a new Obama who is looking too longingly at the foot-steps of the Bush regime.
