Did HAARP create catastrophe on Air France Flt 447?

Did a HAARP Scalar Weapons experiment precipitate the Air France, Flt 447 catastrophe? According to news reports, Air France, Flt 447 disappeared at 0600 GMT. The Ionograph posted on the HAARP website at that time shows a large spike. Those who are suspicious of the secretetive HAARP operation in Alaska believe the crash of Air France 447 could have been a SCALAR WEAPONS TEST.

Scalar Interferometry

Quantum Weapons Part 1 The real scientific nomenclature for this weapon is Logitudinal EM Wave Interferometer. Because of it's uneloquent name, mainstream media has dubbed it a "scalar" weapon. The Scalar Interferometry weapon is designed to create electromagnetic fields at a distance. The research started in the 1930's by Nobel Prize winner Tesla.
