NATION MAGAZINE Survey: Tell the publishers to cover 9/11

FIll out the survey and tell Katrina vanden Heuvel to start reporting the truth and proof that 9/11 remains a government cover-up.

Tell THE NATION to actively support a criminal investigation of 9/11 to solve the biggest crime, mass murder and holocaust in American history.

Dear Friend,

What issues are the mainstream media ignoring?

What are The Nation's reporting goals for 2009?

These are the questions I think about as editor-in-chief of The Nation. But unlike corporate media mega-publications, our magazine also wants to take YOUR opinion into account as we plan our approach in the critical year ahead.

You, our readers, are the heart and soul of this magazine. As a magazine that serves the public interest instead of investors' bottom line, we want that to be apparent in our pages.

Will you take just a few short moments to let me know what you think will be most important in our 2009 coverage, and how we can best serve you as our readers?

Your input couldn't be more valuable to our work here. At the end of the day, what is it that makes our magazine stand apart? What gives us our special insight and activist spirit?

It's not just our writers, not just our staff, not even just our readers alone... It's the community we are together, and our openness to one another's perspectives and experiences that gives us our energy and our edge.

More than any other year, 2008 has driven that point home for me. Together, we accomplished some important things this year: We provided consistently intelligent, independent coverage and analysis... and we did it all while facing one of the most financially difficult years in our magazine's 143 year history.

I'm determined to make sure our coverage in 2009 is as powerful and insightful as it was this last year -- but I know I can't do it without you.

Please take just a few moments to send me your thoughts.

On behalf of everyone at The Nation, I'd like to send our warmest wishes to you and yours this holiday season.

All the best,

Katrina vanden Heuvel
