Senators Nelson and Martinez respond to misprision of new 9/11 evidence

Registered letters were sent to 28 elected officials under the provisions of misprision.

MISPRISION is codified in the United States Code, Title 18, "Crimes and Criminal Procedure."

Misprision of treason applies to officials who have taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution.

Misprision of felony applies to all citizens.
